Beijing opera is a traditional Chinese performance art that incorporating singing, reciting, acting and martial arts. This art form has always been considered one of the most important ways to explain traditional Chinese culture. However, it is in danger of disappearing, as few young Chinese people appreciate or understand it. It is losing its audience. Introducing BEIJING ECHO—an organization dedicated to helping young Chinese people, and audiences worldwide, discover, enjoy, and value Beijing Opera.
